FIBER CEMENT PLATE USING LOW HEAT CEMENT AND ITS PRODUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cement plate from causing blocking phenomenon in which cement plates are mutually bonded and hardly release in curing of cement plate by replacing a part or all of cement with low heat cement. SOLUTION: In this fiber cement plate obtained by subjecting raw material slurry containing cement, admixture and reinforcing fiber to papermaking forming, 20-100 wt.% cement is replaced with low heat cement. The low heat cement is a low heat portland cement be defined by JIS R5210 and is reduced in alite (tricalcium silicate) and is increased in bilite (dicalcium silicate). Ordinary portland cement usually used in an amount of 20-100 wt.% is replaced and compounded with low heat cement or cement having <=1.0 ratio of alite/ bilite in cement component is compounded in an amount of 4-70 wt.% based on total amount of cement. The method for producing fiber cement plate comprises carrying out face pressing of green sheet obtained by papermaking forming of raw material slurry and curing the pressed sheet at ordinary pressure or by using an autoclave.
