摘要 PURPOSE: A circuit for driving display device and LCD is provided to convert a digital video signal inputted at serial into an analog signal accurately and easily by performing a digital and analog conversion according to a performance of a re-division of a potential between a primary capacity and a secondary capacity. CONSTITUTION: A load latch(24) latches each bit data(d1-d6) and inputs prior 3-bit data(d1-d3) to a gamma collection circuit(80). The gamma collection circuit(80) has an inverter(80A), an AND gate(80B), an OR gate(80C) and a switch(80D). Logic gates(80A-80C) perform a logic operation according to prior 3-bit data(d1-d3) inputted from the latch(24). A DAC(10C) has three primary capacitances(C11-C13) and six secondary capacitance(C21-C26). The DAC(10C) charges primary capacitances(C11-C13) using reference potentials selected by the gamma collection circuit(80) according to input data(d4-d6). The DAC(10C) redivides potential of primary capacitances(C11-C13) between secondary capacitance(C21-C26) to complete an analog conversion.
