PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device incorporating an on-chip driving circuit is provided to reduce the variation of reference voltage and to enlarge the liquid crystal display device. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal display device incorporating an on-chip driving circuit includes a switching device, a scanning circuit, a first substrate, a second substrate, and a liquid crystal. A signal circuit(300) includes a plurality of digital-analog converters(320-1,...,320-M) and a plurality of samplers(S1-SN). The scanning circuit controls the voltage on the scanning line. The first substrate controls the voltage on the signal line. The liquid crystal is inserted between the first and the second substrates. The plurality of digital-analog converters(320-1,...,320-M) receives a gray voltage and digital display data. The samplers sample the plurality of analog voltages from the plurality of digital-analog converters(320-1,...,320-M) for a predetermined timing. The gray voltage is supplied from a plurality of electrodes group(101) corresponding to the plurality of digital-analog converters(320-1,...,320-M).
