PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm the finishing state of presentation data while confirming the context of slides by reducing plural sheets of the slides of presentation data to list-display to visually emphasize. SOLUTION: A list-display area 17 has six places of display areas 17a to 17f to be used for selecting new preparation and a conventional data reading work 15a in a work selecting area 15 to reduce successively prepared slides to thumbnail-display from the area 17a or to successively thumbnail-display presentation data read by the selection of the work 15a by the portion of six slides from the first one from the area 17a. When a preview picture is displayed, the first slide is displayed in a slide display area 18 and the first to sixth slides are successively displayed in the display areas 17a to 17f in the area 17. Then, the color of the frame of the area 17 of the slide presently displayed in the area 18 is changed to emphasize display.
