PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of execution times of a data evaluation means and to reduce processing time by calling the data evaluation means, evaluating unit data and registering an evaluation result in a data evaluation result list unless unit data is registered in an evaluation result list. SOLUTION: A retrieval result evaluation means 2 inputs data stored in a database 1, calls an auxiliary inquiry after the input of data and evaluates data. When evaluation on data is previously executed in the past, the retrieval result evaluation means 2 refers to a data evaluation result list storing an evaluation result which is executed in the past instead of calling the auxiliary inquiry and evaluating data. When unit data is not that which is registered in the evaluation result list, the data evaluation means is called, unit data is evaluated and the evaluation result by the execution of the data evaluation means is registered in the data evaluation list.
