PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly perform liquid level inspection and supplementary adding work within a short time in the case that the upper and lower limit levels written on the side face of a battery container are hard to read. SOLUTION: Arms 3, 4, 5 are mounted to racks 1, 2, and a tip of a copper wire of the arm 5 is fixed to an arbitrary position between the upper and lower limits. The tip of the copper with is entered into each battery can be, and the operations of a light emitting lamp 16 and a buzzer 17 on the rack 1 are confirmed, so that liquid level inspection and supplementary work can rapidly and correctly be performed.
