PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mask ROM(read only memory) having fixed code injection and a related integrated circuit. SOLUTION: An integrated circuit includes a mask ROM including an array of a memory cell. The array comprises a first bank (N) and a second bank (N+1) of a memory cell, the first bank is separated from the second bank by one group of selection lines. The first and the second banks include at least a train of one fixed code injection memory cell. Thereby, a current path during reading out the prescribed memory cell is made only one, size of a corresponding device can be reduced. In this mask ROM, its overhead is reduced by using a selection transistor being same for two banks, its overhead is reduced by using only one sense amplifier 210 per one block, and the memory cell is divided into plural banks by using word line recorders 220 being of odd numbers and even numbers. |
