PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily select and fix a circuit which outputs a signal meeting a constraint condition by a lower stream circuit among a plurality of circuits of the same function but different performance at a circuit designing or even after it, by allowing a selection signal inputted to a multiplexer to be fixed to a value through a partial change of only one layer in a wiring layer. SOLUTION: A ground power-source line contact part 50 for connecting gate 32 to a ground power-source line 30, and a power-source line contact part 51 which connects the gate 32 to a power-source line 31, are arranged. Further, a node 27 to which a selection signal is transferred is provided with an inter- layer opening wiring part 25 for inputting the selection signal from outside. If, for example, the node 27 is connected to the ground power-source line 30, the ground power-source line 30 and the contact part 50 for it is connected together with a metal single-layer wiring 60, and a metal single-layer wiring 65 is cut so that an inter-layer opening wiring part 55 is separated from the node 27. Thus, the electric potential of the node 27 is always equal to a ground electric potential, so a multiplexer can output only the signal inputted to a node 20 from a node 23.
