摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the apparatus for measuring more accurate physical quantity without receiving the temp. influence of a transmitting cable and a receiving cable. SOLUTION: In a microwave physical quantity measuring apparatus wherein a microwave is allowed to be incident on a reference fluid from a transmitting antenna 5 and the propagation time/phase delay of the microwave propagating through the reference fluid to be received by a receiving antenna 6 is measured and, further, the microwave is allowed to be incident on an object to be measured from the transmitting antenna 5 and the propagation time/phase delay of the microwave propagating through the object to be measured to be received by the receiving antenna 6 is measured and the difference between the respective propagation times/phase delays of the microwave is operated to measure the physical quantity of the object to be measured, a correction cable 14 generating phase delay almost same to the sum of the phase delays of a transmitting cable 9 transmitting a microwave to the transmitting antenna 5 and a receiving cable 10 receiving the microwave from the receiving antenna 6 is provided and a changeover means 8, 11 for changing over microwave propagation routes are provided.
