PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate assemblage and improve the degrees of freedom in design by forming a lock part for mounting a holder member to a holer lock part on a lid body, by forming an engagement part capable of engaging with the lock part on the holder member, and by mounting the holder member to the holder lock part by engaging the lock part of the lid body with the engagement part of the holder member when an oblong hole is closed by the lid body. SOLUTION: For the assemblage of this stalk lever S, when a holding part 5e is inserted into a cavity part 1a of a lever body part R, a first holder member 5 is positioned in the cavity part 1a. When the side where an engagement part 6a is formed is inserted into a cavity part 2a, a second holder member 6 is positioned in the cavity part 2a. By pressing a lid body 4 into an oblong hole 3b, a lock part 4a is engaged with an engagement part 5f, a lock part 4b is engaged with the engagement part 6a, and the lid body 4 is fixed in a snapped form to a hooking part 3c, so that the first and second holder members 5, 6 are mounted to a first and second holder lock parts 1, 2 in a form prevented from coming off.
