PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drive an ejector, irrespective of high or low discharge pressure of a cold and hot water pump and to operate a bleeding device even during operating or stopping of a hot and cold water generator by independently providing a drive water supply system from the pump or a cooling water pump. SOLUTION: Cold or warm water 6 flows into an evaporator 1 of the absorption type refrigerator having the evaporator 1, an absorber 2, a condenser 3 and a regenerator 4. A cooling water flows into the absorber 2 and the condenser 3. Water 6 returning from an air conditioning system is sucked by a cold and hot water pump 8, and again supplied to a system side. A bleeding tank 9 is attached to the refrigerator and is connected to a low pressure body by piping. A bleeding pump drive pump 10 supplies water pumped from a water tank 11 to an ejector 12, and then a noncondensible gas in the tank is sucked into the ejector 12 via a solenoid valve 13, and water mixed with the gas is again returned to the tank 12.
