<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample-holding heating apparatus for measuring a sample while holding and heating the sample which prevents the sample from being damaged and can surely measure the sample. SOLUTION: The sample-holding heating apparatus consists of a sample stage 11 with a heating heater, and a sample-holding member 21. The sample- holding member 21 is constituted of a holding member body 23 with a plurality of fixing hooks 25 for holding and fixing an outer circumferential part of a sample S placed on the sample stage 11, and a sample-retaining lid 22 having a plurality of through holes 22b formed in a circumferential direction through which upper parts of the fixing hooks 25 are inserted. The sample-retaining lid 22 and holding member body 23 constitute the sample-holding member 21 as a lock mechanism for holding the sample. A circular through hole 22a used for measuring the sample is formed concentrically to a central part of the sample-retaining lid 22. The through holes 22b are tapered with a diameter at the side where the fixing hooks 25 are inserted being made larger than a diameter at the side where the fixing hooks project.</p> |
