PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a lid assembly of a battery pack mounted to an electronic apparatus to supply electric power to it. SOLUTION: This assembly of lids 2, 3 for a battery pack consists of a first and second box-shaped battery pack bodies 1 which store at least a battery inside and either one of which is formed so as to be mountable to an electronic apparatus body, a protruding part formed on the rim of the second battery pack 1 to be combined to the first battery pack 1, a recessed part formed on the rim of the first battery pack body 1 to be combined to the protruding part, and a wavy part 6 combined by forming a desired part where the protruding part and the recessed part are combined into a wavy shape.
