PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card and a semiconductor integrated circuit device, whose security is strengthened. SOLUTION: In the integrated circuit device which includes the IC card or a data processor to which operation voltage is supplied by electrically connecting an external terminal and a reader/writer and in which the input/ output operation of data is executed and a ROM in which a data processing procedure by the data processor is written and in which the input/output operation of data is executed according to the data processing procedure, a false current generation circuit 210 generating current made to be an irregular current value regardless of an inner circuit operation accompanying the input/tout operation of data between the reader/writer and the external device and making current flow to a power terminal to which operation voltage is supplied is installed.
