PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an amplification circuit which is capable of performing instantaneous offset compensation for differential input signals and has a high withstanding strength against the continuation of the same code. SOLUTION: A first peak value detection and holding circuit A11 to which a positive phase input signal a1 of differential input signals is inputted, a second peak value detection and holding circuit A12 to which a negative phase input signal b1 is inputted and an amplitude limiting amplification circuit A13 are provided. The signal a1, an output signal c1 of the first peak value detection and holding circuit A11, a negative phase input signal b1 and an output signal d1 of the second peak value detection and holding circuit A12 are inputted to the amplitude limiting amplification circuit A13, and this circuit A13 outputs 1 an output signal e1 which is obtained by adding the positive phase amplification component of the difference between signals a1 and c1 and the negative phase amplification component of the difference between signals b1 and d1, and an output signal f1 which is obtained by adding the negative phase amplification component of the difference between signals a1 and c1 and the positive phase amplification component of the difference between signals b1 and d1. |
