PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head mount camera that is provided with an image pickup means that picks up the face of a user wearing the camera and a display means by which the user recognizes image information such as a video image. SOLUTION: The head mount camera is provided with an image pickup means A1 directed in a direction of the face of user wearing the head mount camera, a display means B1 by which the user recognizes image information, a fixing means C1 that fixes the image pickup means A1 and the display means B1 to the head of the user, and the display means B1 has a half mirror recording medium 70 that is placed between the image pickup means A1 and the face of the user. Thus, the camera has a multi-function and has provision for a head mount video telephone set. Furthermore, since the display means is placed so as not to be photograph by the image pickup means, no excess part is photographed on the face photographed by the image pickup means.
