摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the accuracy of the spacing between the tips of stator teeth and a permanent magnet rotor and further control vibration in the stator by providing a coupling ring with engaging portions which secure a first outer magnetic pole and a second outer magnetic pole in the direction of the diameter and engage them together. SOLUTION: In the case of a second stator 19, an outer magnetic pole 19b is engaged with engaging portions 10g and 10h formed in a coupling ring 10, and an outer magnetic pole 19a is engaged with engaging portions 10i and 10j formed in the coupling ring 10. The tooth sides 19h and 19i of the outer magnetic pole 19b in comb shape divided in the direction of the circumference of the outer magnetic pole are formed by a plane that crosses the cylinder core and are increased in tooth width as they go toward the circumference. The grooves to be engaged with the outer magnetic poles, formed in the coupling ring are so formed that they are slightly smaller than the width of the teeth and thereby the movement of the outer magnetic poles is forcedly limited. Thus the vibration in the outer magnetic poles is suppressed and the spacing between the outer magnetic poles and a permanent magnet rotor is kept constant. As a result, vibration in the motor itself due to magnetic eccentricity is suppressed.
