A palm support (10) for use with a computer mouse (18) includes a support block (12) for supporting the palm of a user of a computer mouse when manipulating the mouse, a movable bearing means (14) for movably supporting the block on a support surface and a pair of resilient spaced gripping formations for gripping the mouse between them. The gripping formations may be adhesively securable to the mouse or they may grip the mouse with limited movement between the block and the mouse, in use. The bearing means preferably has three balls (24) and comprises a seperate removable unit.
