SUBSTANCE: the core of the fibre-optic light conduit contains 0.01 to 5 percent by weight of sulfur atoms. The light conduit is influenced by laser radiation with a wavelength shorter than 240 nm, the laser radiation density does not exceed 100 mJ/sq.cm.
