The invention pertains to the field of producing milk-products, particularly to production of jelly-type sweet dessert. The mentioned invention permits to work out a method for producing pudding. That method is characterised in that the end-product has homogeneous, puffed and soft structure, the distinguished consistence, the gentle and pleasant flavour as well as sweet or sweet-and-sour taste. The outstanding quality of pudding is achieved by using of milk as mixing- liquid. Milk is preliminary mixed with starch, farther is added sugar, stabilising agent, flavouring additive and pigment. |
