PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the simple installation of a bathtub-cleaning and stain- preventing device without any complicated execution of work by pressing water into a water guide part provided in a porous intermediate layer by the pressure of a water line and making the water pass and diffuse through continuous holes of the intermediate layer from the water guide part and effuse to the entire surfaces of a bathtub. SOLUTION: In a water guide part 6 and an air guide part, semi-hard bar- shaped protrusions are provided for molds. A back-surface dense layer 2 is an FRP product in which glass fibers are, for example, impregnated with an unsaturated polyester resin and molded in the molds. A hole opening part 3 is provided for a part of the back-surface dense layer 2, and the vicinity of the hole opening part 3 is formed in a flange shape. A pipe 5 is connected to the flange shape. The mesh-shaped water guide part 6 is provided between a porous layer 1 and the dense layer 2. The pipe 5 is connected to a water pipe and is opened by a solenoid valve 7 to pass water. By this constitution, the water passed through the water guide part 6 is passed through the hole parts 9 of the porous layer 1 and effuses to the inner surfaces of a bathtub to wash stains 10 off the surfaces of the bathtub.
