<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stairway handrail with which ascent/descent of the stairway is safe and smooth without narrowing a landing space of the stairway, and to facilitate the assembly work and its baluster. SOLUTION: A first handrail portion 11 of a first stairway portion 10 is connected to a second handrail portion 21 of a second stairway portion 20 through a connection handrail portion 30. The difference in height level between an upper end of the first handrail portion 11 and a lower end of the second stairway portion 20 is eliminated by a riser portion 32 and a suspension portion 33 of the connection handrail portion 30, and the projecting dimension of the refrigerator handrail portion 30 projecting to a landing portion 2 is suppressed, a continuous handrail is formed from a lower floor to an upper flower without narrowing the landing portion 2, and even senior people can smoothly ascend/ descend the stairway, and the assembly work is also facilitated.</p> |
