PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize a device, improve lifting, improve an efficiency, and ensure size accuracy by disposing a rotor provided with a mouth ring part having a driving magnet on a circumference, a stator for generating a rotary magnetic field for driving the rotor, and a volute casing for delivering flow in an axial direction. SOLUTION: A mouth ring part is arranged along a rotor 1, a driving magnet 2 is disposed around the mouth ring part, and an inner flow path is bent in an enlarging direction (a centrifugal direction or a mixed flow direction) at a delivery side end part back surface of the driving magnet 2. The stator 5 is disposed on a position opposite to the driving magnet 2, and is formed from a stator winding for generating a rotary magnetic field for rotating the rotor 1 in association with current-carrying. A volute casing 10 is disposed downstream from the rotor 1, and kinetic energy caused by rotation of the rotor 1 is converted into pressure energy. The rotor 1 is formed in an outside driving system, and is downsized, and high lifting is achieved utilizing centrifugal action.
