PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated steel sheet which is free from the transfer to a topcoat layer presumably due to the peeling of a back face coating which occurs during conveying a cut sheet-type precoated steel sheet. SOLUTION: This steel sheet has 30 N/mm2 or more repture strength at 20 deg.C of the back face coated layer, 1,800 N/mm2 or more modulus of elasticity at 20 deg.C and 0.3 or less coefficient of dynamic friction with the topcoat layer. In addition, 0.3-2.0 wt.% polyolefin wax may be added to the back face coated layer.
