PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a (diarylamino)thiophene from easily available raw materials under a moderate reaction condition, simply and in a good yield. SOLUTION: This method for producing a (diarylamino)thiophene is to aminate a halogenated thiophene expressed by following general formula I [X is Cl, Br or I atom; (1) is 0 or 1, (m) is 0-3 integer; R is phenyl or a 1-20C alkyl group] with an N,N-diarylamine expressed by following general formula II (Ar1, Ar2 are each independently a non-substituted or substituted 6-30C aryl group; R is phenyl or a 1-20C alkyl group) in the presence of a catalyst containing a phosphine having tert-butyl-phosphorus bonding and a palladium compound, and a base. |
