PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and quickly put on and remove a sheet. SOLUTION: This sheet mounting/demounting device 10 allows a sheet to be put on cargoes 3 loaded on the deck 2 of a truck, or allows the sheet 20 to be removed therefrom. In this case, the device is provided with a supporting member 11 high in height as specified, a shaft 15 rotatingly supported by the supporting member 11 so as to be freely rotated for winding up the sheet 20, and rewinding the sheet, a motor to be connected with the shaft 15 for giving driving force to the shaft 15, roller members 16 coming in contact with the sheet 20 for taking up the sheet 20, and with a stay 19 hanged down from the shaft 15 so as to let the end part of the shaft 20 be held for enabling taking-up and rewiding.
