PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a span cylinder to rotate a jack-up device between a storing position and a working position by a link device and promote work efficiency and safety of a construction machinery. SOLUTION: A side frame 4 is constituted to be movable in both right and left directions to a center frame 3 by a span cylinder 6. A link mechanism 17 is provided between the side frame 4 and a pivoting beam 13 of a jack-up device 11, and when the side frame 4 is moved to both right and left directions by the span cylinder 6, driving force thereof is used to rotate the pivoting beam 13 between a storing position and a working position by the link mechanism 17. By the constitution, the weighted pivoting beam 13, jack-up cylinder 16 or the like are not required to be rotated with manual operation, work efficiency and safety can be promoted accordingly.
