PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive thermal-insulating paper cup which is made of paper material and can be easily disposed and incinerated. SOLUTION: Scores (a)each in a specified length are provided radially at specified intervals round the circumference of a barrel-shaped paper body 20, extending toward the inside approximately from the edges at both of the upper and lower parts of the paper body, and creases b each in a shape of sine curve are provided so that end edges of the radial scores become respectively the trough (or crest) of the creases. Then, the inside of a valley part A between radially arranged scores (a) and (a) is stuck fast with an adhesive to the outside of a trunk part 11 of a paper cup main body, and a thermal-insulating space 30 is formed between the trunk part 11 of the paper cup main body and the barrel-shaped paper body 20.
