PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film which has sufficiently high antibacterial property to meet practical performance and, at the same time, sufficient durability to withstand practical use. SOLUTION: The antibacterial film has at least a surface layer containing an antibacterial composition at least at its one side, a change in the haze value of the film before and after immersion of the film in boiling water for 100 hours of not greater than 1.0% per 10μm, an indication of fugistatic resistance by the evaluation method according to JIS Z 2911 6.2 of not smaller than 2 and, at the same time, an indication of fungistatic property after immersion of the film in boiling water for 100 hours of not smaller than 2, a three- dimensional surface roughness SRz of at least one side of the film of not greater than 1.2μm, a ratio of SRmax to SRz of not greater than 1.5, an SΔa of 0.004 to 0.04 and further, an air releasing time of not longer than 900 seconds. |
