PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject medicine useful for treating diseases related to intranuclear receptors by adding a specific benzamide derivative. SOLUTION: This intranuclear receptor agonist or the agent for enhancing the effect thereof contains a benzamide derivative of formula I R1, R2 are each H, a halogen, OH, amino, a 1-4C alkyl or the like; R3 is amino or OH; A is a halogen, OH, amino, nitro, cyano, a 1-4C alkyl or the like; X is a direct bond or a group of the formula: (CH2)e [(e) is 1-4] or the like; (n) is 1-4; Q is a group of formula II [R7 is H, a (substituted) 1-4C alkyl or the like] or the like} for example, N-(2-aminophenyl)-4-[N-(pyridin-3-yl) methoxycarbonyl]aminomethylbenzamide}. The compound of formula I is contained in an amount of usually about 1-70 wt.%, preferably about 5-50 wt.%, in the preparation composition. The compound of formula I is usually administered at a daily dose of about 0.0001-100 mg per kg of the body weight of a patient, and is preferably contained in the administration unit form preparation in an amount of about 0.001-1,000 mg.
