The temperature of the coolant before and after passing the heat generating section are detected by the temperature sensors 10 and 11 provided in the pipes 19a and 19e, and based on the temperatures detected, the thermal displacement quantity of the heat generating section is estimated to correct the position of a attachment spindle 4.
