PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce heat loss and improve thermal efficiency by collecting moisture in exhaust gas, after letting the moisture work in a gas turbine without discharging the moisture contained in generated gas from a system, and using it for supply of slurry fuel, steam injection, and adding of moisture to the air at an outlet of a gas turbine compressor. SOLUTION: Gas is generated by gasifying coal slurry, using as an oxidizer oxygen gas separated from air with an air separator 3. A gas that is generated at a gasification furnace 6 is cooled, by exchanging its heat with water supplied from a gasification furnace water feed pipe 27, and at the same time, and it also heats the supplied water. The supplied water is injected by a generated gas water injection pipe 30 at an outlet of the gasification furnace 6, and the added moisture decreases the temperature of the generated gas. Air that passed through a gas turbine intake air pipe 16 is compressed by a gas turbine compressor 13, and moisture is added thereto by a humidifier 18. A heater 22 exchanges heat of the air with that of combustion gas discharged from the gas turbine outlet, and send it to a burner 12. Consequently, gas turbine output is increased, enhancing the thermal efficiency of a plant.
