PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the inclination of a cleaning brush variable in a cleaning tool in which the brush is rotated by water pressure. SOLUTION: In a cleaning tool, a rotary head 4 is fitted to the tip of a grip shaft 2 through a head receiver 3, and a cleaning brush 7 is attached to the head 4. The head 4 comprises a semi-spherical part 5, a main body part 6 having a rotation driving mechanism, and the brush 7 connected to the mechanism. A positioning mechanism 10 for holding the head 4 at a prescribed or optical position is installed between the head receiver 3 and the head 4. Since the rotation axis V of the head receiver 3 and the rotation axis X of the head 4 are arranged to be non-parallel, and the rotation axis X the rotation axis Y of the head receiver 3 are arranged in non-parallel, by adjusting the rotational quantities of the head receiver 3 and the head 4, the angle of the brush 7 to the grip shaft 2 can be changed. Accordingly, the inclination of the cleaning brush can be set up in an optimum state corresponding to an object to be cleaned.
