PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a boiled condition while surely preventing high-temperature steam from being generated in a large amount during various kinds of water- boiling drive. SOLUTION: When a content liquid has reached a predetermined near-boiling temperature before boiling, a near-boiling drive mode using first power consumption of a heater which is lower than an initial value is started. A boiling drive mode using second power consumption even lower than the first power consumption is started at the time when the content liquid has reached a predetermined immediately-near-boiling temperature higher than the near-boiling temperature and lower than the boiling point or at a corresponding time. The boiling drive mode is ended at the time when the content liquid has boiled or at a corresponding time.
