PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor lifting jig capable of reducing the man-hour at construction site and preventing a wall member from being damaged, and a floor lifting method using the jig. SOLUTION: A floor lifting jig comprises a floor lifting member holding part 12 provided with an abutting surface 15 to be abutted on a side surface of the floor lifting member, a bar-like handle part 11 to fix the floor lifting member holding part 12 with the abutting surface 15 inside, a guide part 19 formed on the bar-like handle part 11 to guide a weight 20, a weight part 20 movably supported by the guide part 19, a stop part 18 fixed to one end of the guide part 19 to stop the movement of the weight part 20, and an impact transmitting part 19 to transmit the impact energy when the weight part 20 is collided with the stop part 18 to the floor lifting member holding part 12. While the floor lifting member holding part 12 is abutted on the side surface of the floor lifting member, the weight part 20 is moved from a tip part 19a to the stop part 18, and the floor lifting member is moved to the proximal side by the impact in the collision that the weight part 20 is collided with the stop part 18.
