PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small scale washing toilet capable of obtaining treated water containing sufficiently low SS concentration, CCD, phosphorus and chromaticity, increasing the number of toilet uses and, at the same time, easily meeting the temporary increase of soil water. SOLUTION: A small scale washing toilet includes aeration tanks 1A, 1B and 1C, settling tanks 2A and 2B provided between the aeration tanks, a water storage tank 3 continued to the aeration tank 1C on the lowest stream stage and a washing member 4 having a toilet 4A and a water tank 4B, the aeration tanks 1A, 1B and 1C, the settling tanks 2A and 2B, the water storage tank 3 and the washing member 4 are formed together as a unit, soil water flowing into the aeration tank 1A on the highest stream stage is successively overflowed in the aeration tanks and the water storage tank to apply denitrification and nitrification, the treated water is partially circulated as washing water of the washing member 4 to use, and the remaining treated water is returned to the inside of the aeration tank 1A on the highest stream stage. Then, a coagulation agent injection device 9 for injecting an coagulation agent and a sludge collecting device 12 for collecting sludge in the settling tank 2A are provided in the inside of the aeration tank 1A, the sludge collecting device 12 includes a collection tank 13, and after solids-liquid separation is made in the collection tank 13, liquid content is returned to the inside of the aeration tank 1A.
