PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing bar binding piece which is capable of surely and mainly binding a main reinforcement with a hoop in an extremely simple manner. SOLUTION: A reinforcing bar binding piece 3 comprises a main reinforcement holding part 3a which is U-shaped along the outer circumference of a main reinforcement 1, a hoop holding part 3b which is U-shaped along the outer circumference of a hoop 2 arranged on one side of a main reinforcement 1 in a tip part of the main reinforcement holding part 3a, and a fixing bolt 6 to hold the main reinforcement 1 and the hoop 2 by the hoop holding part 3b on the main reinforcement holding part 3a side.
