PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a blade of good cutting quality even by a beginner by a method wherein a proper angle is kept until sharpening finish once a cutting edge is fixed at a proper angle by combining a blade angle regulation function to regulate and fix a blade angle suitable for a blade with a function to regulate the inclination angle of a cutting edge. SOLUTION: A blade angle regulation function wherein a grinding wheel B is situated in the middle between two wheels 1, a blade C is inserted in a blade support tool 3, and a blade stand 2 supported at a fulcrum 10 is inclined, an angle at which a cutting edge makes contact with a grinding wheel surface B is adjusted to a blade angle suitable for a blade and fixed is combined with a function to regulate the inclination angle of a cutting edge suitable for a blade by rotating a blade support tool 3 in a circumferential direction. This constitution performs sharpening of a blade with an optimum angle maintained. |
