PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform loading/unloading work of pressure vessels by providing a holding member for holding the pressure vessels placed on the other carrying stand except for a carrying stand existing in a circular arc part of a rear end part of a conveyor in an almost upright state. SOLUTION: Pressure vessels 4 are normally placed on a carrying stand 30 connected to a straight line part 21 of a conveyor 20. When a truck 1 travels, since upper end parts of the pressure vessels 4 collide with protective frames 51 when touching the left and right in the advancing direction A and collide with falling preventive members 61 when moving longitudinally, the pressure vessels 4 are held in an upright state. When moving the pressure vessels 4 by stopping the truck 1, first of all, a chain wheel 22 is rotated by about 1/4 by driving a driving motor 25. Thus, the carrying stand 30 moves to the center of a rear end circular arc part 23. Here, the falling preventive members 61 move to both sides of the pressure vessels 4, and the pressure vessels 4 can move in the advancing direction A.
