PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately finish four side faces by applying vertical placing when an outer shell PCa column with no pillar main reinforcement is molded with concrete and to simply and accurately stand an iron-reinforced pre-assembled body at a specified position. SOLUTION: A bottom form 1 arranged at a definite height, four side forms 4a and 4b stood on the bottom form 1 and an inner form assembled in an iron- reinforced pre-assembled body arranged in an upright posture in the side forms 4a and 4b are provided. In the bottom form 1, an opening 6 in which a rectangular form-shaped pillar leg hardware fixed on the end part of a pillar leg side is fitted is formed and a receiving piece 8 hooking and supporting the pillar leg hardware is provided. In addition, position controlling bolts 10 projecting into the side form and being brought into contact with the inner form are screwed into the upper part of each of the side forms 4a and 4b and the upright posture of the inner form is controlled by means of the position controlling bolts 10.
