PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the loss of cleaning time and a reaction mixture or entirely eliminate the loss by filling a mixing chamber and a discharge pipe with the reaction mixture having a reaction start time corresponding to waiting time between shots at the time of starting a new production cycle and cleaning the mixing chamber and the discharge pipe only at the time of each production cycle. SOLUTION: This device comprises a mold 9 to be filled with a reaction mixture in the downstream of a discharge pipe 8 of a mixing head 7 passing through storage tanks 1, 2 for a reaction component of isocyanate and polyol, supply lines 3, 4 and batching pumps 5, 6, the mold 9 being arranged on a circulating belt 11 of a filling station 10. The first mixing head 7 fills a cavity with a first reaction mixture and cures it and a second mixing head introduces a second reaction mixture into the cavity. A waiting time from the end of a first shot to the start of a following shot is shorter than a shortest time required for the start of a chemical reaction between the two mixtures and a molding is unloaded from the mold 9 by curing the second reaction mixture. Thus the loss of time and a raw material is generated only during interrupting an operation and a cleaning process is substantially dispensed with.
