PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating method and apparatus facilitating control of heating temperature and allowing fine adjustments of heating temperature at each part of a pot. SOLUTION: A heating pot 50 includes an upper jacket 52 and a lower jacket 53 to which steam is supplied respectively from a subsidiary line 33 and a main line 31. A reheater 10 and a steam blower 20 are disposed in the main line 31 and steam 95 derived from steam 93 reheated by the reheater 10 and further pressurized by the steam blower 20 is supplied to the lower jacket 53.
