PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed device for nursing whose mat can easily be exchanged without making a sick person uneasy and which can reduce the load of a helper. SOLUTION: Columns 2 are erected at the outer parts of the four corners of a bed 1 surrounding the bed 1, a rectangular horizontal ascending and descending frame 5 which can by elevated or lowered along the column 2 by an air cylinder 9 is provided on the lower part of the columns 2 and a rectangular fixed frame 8 is provided on the upper part of the columns 2. Two pulleys 12 and 14 are parallelly provided on the fixed frame 8 and on a beam provided on the fixed frame 8, respectively, loops 17 are respectively provided at the ends of two ropes 16 stretched over the pulleys 12 and 14 and the base ends of both ropes 16 are connected to a winding machine 18. Cylindrical bags 21 are provided in the left and right directions on the front part and rear part of the mat 20, a supporting rod 23 whose both ends are mounted on the ascending and descending frame 5 is attachably and detachably inserted to the cylindrical bags 21 and holes are provided near the front and rear ends of the mat 20. Short columns 24 are erected at the outer part at the front and rear of the bed 1 and a ring 25 is slidably inserted to the short column 24. The ring 25 is provided with a cord 27 provided with a hook 26 to be locked to the hole of the mat 20 at the end.
