PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the lowering of strength and productivity due to the blending a large quantity of pisolite ore by discharging the pisolite ore containing Goethite, the other ore, auxiliary raw material and fuel from each raw material hopper, mixing and granulating with a primary mixer while adding water and mixing and granulating the granulated material with a returned ore in a secondary mixer. SOLUTION: The raw material 10 and the water 14 are charged into the primary mixer 3 and granulated to obtain the granulated material 12. The granulated material 12, return ore 11 and the water 15 are charged into the secondary mixer 5 and granulated to obtain the granulated material 13 as a sintering raw material. At this time, it is desirable to atomize a part of the added water 14 to the pisolite ore during interval from the raw material hopper to coming to the primary mixer 3. The sintered ore obtd. by treating the granulated material 13 with the sintering machine, has good cold-strength, low-temp. reduced powdering property and reduced powdering property. Further, since the permeability is sufficiently improved, the sintering time is shorten and the productivity is improved.
