PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate filling works of grout by providing an anchor bolt insertion hole, a bleeder pipe, and a grout filling pipe insertion hole for a transparent cap-shaped body for covering a support hole formed in concrete in order to support a base-side end of an anchor bolt. SOLUTION: A transparent cap-shaped body 11 is formed of a flexible material, which has a shape and a size suitable for covering a support hole 17 formed in concrete 15 in order to support a base-side end 13a of an anchor bolt 13. Then, the body 11 is fixed into an opening of the support hole 17 by means of a sealing material or the like, and the base-side end 13a of the anchor bolt 13 is inserted into an anchor bolt insertion hole 21, followed by filling a grout into the support hole 17 via an grout filling pipe 27. As the grout is filled, air in the support hole 17 is let out of the same via a bleeder pipe 23. The state is which the grout is filled can be viewed from outside via the transparent body 11. When the grout is filled into the support hole 17, only the body 11 is fixed into the opening of the support hole 17, which facilitate the filling works.
