PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure earth retaining of a drilling ditch and to safely lay a lengthy pipe body, etc. SOLUTION: A support frame 20 consisting of longitudinal beams 30a, 30b, 30c installed at least at three points free to connect and disconnect is furnished at a specified interval in the vertical direction between a pair of side surface frames 22a, 22b formed in a rectangular frame shape by crossbeams 24 and supports 26 and set along a side surface of a drilling groove and the supports 26, 26 facing the side surface frames 22a, 22b. Additionally, it is made of a single plate type earth retaining panel arranged on the outside of the side surface frames of the support frames and to support earth pressure with the support frames.
