PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly and reliably perform wiping-out operation without leaving an unwiped part by arranging a falling preventive neck part capable of supporting a wiping-out surface pressure contact part so as to stand erect to a wiping-out surface between a blade rubber main body and the wiping-out surface pressure contact part. SOLUTION: A falling preventive neck part 7b is arranged between a blade rubber main body 7a and a shoulder part 7c. In this falling preventive neck part 7b, when a wiper arm 8 swings on a wiping-out surface, a blade lever 2 and first/second/third/fourth lever yokes 3, 4, 5, 6 integrally move on the wiping-out surface, and blade rubber 7 is pressed to the wiping-out surface to make a wiping-out movement. In this case, the falling preventive neck part 7b is supported so that a wiping-out surface pressure contact part 7d stands erect to the wiping-out surface. Thus, both wall surfaces of the wiping-out surface pressure contact part 7d maintain this angle, and rainwater on the wiping-out surface is splashed away by the wiping-out surface pressure contact part 7d. The rainwater does not remain on the wiping-out surface after passing through the wiping-out surface pressure part 7d.
