PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate necessity of grooving and tapering on an insert port at the time of forming an insert port projected part on a tube. SOLUTION: A projected part piece 32 is put over an end edge part of an insert port 11 so as to cover an outer surface 33 and an end surface 34 of an end part of the insert port 11 of a tube 10 on this tube 10. A through hole 38 in the tube diametrical direction is formed on the projected piece 32. A welding piece 40 to be engaged with the projected piece 32 from the outside in the tube diametrical direction is installed in the through hole 38. This welding piece 40 is welded on the outer surface of the insert port 11. A head end inclined surface 36 from a position on the inside along the diametrical direction rather than the outer surface 33 of the insert port 11 to an outer surface of this projected part piece 32 is formed on the projected part piece 32.
