SOLUTION: A transparent or semitransparent synthetic resin-based coating material where aggregate 5 having 30-100μm average particle diameter is dispersed in a mixed state is applied to the surface of an external wall panel for construction which is applied with a colored opaque coating material. The 60 deg. specular reflection in the flat part of a coated panel surface is 1-6.
