PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air blowout adjusting register for reducing pressure losses of airflow and noises by restraining separation of airflow which is likely to occur near the fins of a movable louver and for accurately varying the direction of blowout of air according to the adjusted direction of the movable louver. SOLUTION: This air blowout adjusting register is mounted on a side portion of a ventilation duct 11 to blow off air in a direction intersecting to the ventilation duct 11. A movable louver 3 comprising a plurality of fins 5 interconnected by a rod 6 is provided in an air blow outlet opening 10 in a barrel 1. A plurality of deflector plates 7-9 are fixed on the rod 6 of the movable louver 3 in such a way as to be inserted at intervals into the ventilation duct 11 at approximately right angles to the direction of ventilation, with the tips of the deflector plates 7-9 gently curved so as to point upstream of the ventilation duct 11. A plurality of the deflector plates 7-9 are formed to get higher within the ventilation duct 11 toward the downstream side of the ventilation duct.
